What’s new for hoteliers?
1. A new way to manage mandatory services in your Deals
We’ve introduced a flexible way to manage services in your deals. In the Settings under Deals, there’s a new column called "Services included in Deal" with a "Mandatory" toggle. By default, services are mandatory and included automatically. Simply switch the toggle off to make a service optional, giving you control over what’s included in each deal.
2. Improvements to the "Add Deal Booking" feature
This time, we’ve added a few enhancements to the "Add Deal Booking" window in our system.
● Selection of the reservation type
You can decide between "Group" or "Single" reservations. Selecting "Single" creates an individual reservation for each deal, while "Group" combines them under one group booking.
● Service selection flexibility
Get more flexibility with choosing which services to include in a deal. Mandatory services have a fixed place in the deal and must be included. For optional services, only the ones you select will affect the total price. Services can also be multiplied by the number of days in the booking if the "Per Day" option is enabled.
3. New setting in the "Add Deal Booking" and “Add Booking” features
A new setting was added to both the "Add Deal Booking" and "Add Booking" windows, giving you the ability to set whether it is mandatory for the payer of the booking to stay in the room. In the Guest Settings, you'll find a toggle that allows hoteliers to decide if the payer's presence in the room will be marked as required or optional in the system.
4. Optimize your revenue with Smartpricing integration
We’ve launched an integration with Smartpricing, an automated dynamic pricing system that helps hotels optimize room rates to maximize revenue by evaluating various factors.
Once you activate the integration, the system will send booking data, starting from that day and going back one year. New data is sent to Smartpricing daily, and any modifications, such as changes in the number of nights or dates in the booking, are updated in real time. The results and insights from Smartpricing are then sent directly to you via email.
5. Improve internal communication with the "Comment" field in group bookings
A new "Comment" field has been added to the Group Booking Edit Modal. This allows you to add notes and comments with options to save or cancel changes. The comment field is also available in the Group booking card, improving transparency and communication for group bookings.
6. Minor fixes and visual improvements
- ● Fixed the issue where payment actions disappeared after canceling an invoice.
- ● Improved report generation to correctly handle records with zero-value payments.
