Welcome back to HotelFriend product updates! Meet new email templates and more opportunities for their customization, export of your data to CSV file in Tasks, and improved room rate view.
And here are some other things that we have improved for your convenience:
1. Communication Settings module
a. added new templates for welcome and feedback request emails;
b. added a possibility to attach files to email templates;
c. added a custom template for the confirmation email.
2. The Automation module now has more settings
a. welcome and request feedback emails: when enabled and set, the system will automatically send these emails to guests (templates can be edited in Communication settings module);
b. confirmation email for reservations from channels: when enabled, guests who booked with OTA will get the reservation confirmation email from the hotel.
3. Tasks module
a. added an opportunity to export different sets of data to CSV file;
b. Tasks list: added group actions for changing task statuses.
4. Housekeeping module
Guest’s housekeeping preferences in notes will now be displayed for a housekeeper.
5. Added “Ignore quota” option on Move and Edit reservation modals
6. Improved room rate view: improved usability on tablets and mobile devices
7. Fixes:
a. issues with hotel contexts for multi-hotel accounts;
b. image uploader issue;
c. IU/UX issues in different modules;
d. improved error handling.
