For the last month, the HotelFriend team has worked hard at developing several exciting updates and improvements to our products. These changes help to simplify invoice creation, streamline Front Desk processes, and enable multiple room-locks connection. Let’s dive in.
1. Door locks
Enabled multiple room-locks connection, improved logic for multiproperty.
2. Tasks list
Displayed additionally room number and a guest full name.
3. Added 3 options when checking out the reservation
Create an invoice, check out without any additional actions, move billing items to the paymaster.
4. Invoice creation
Added final step with success message and actions to open invoice in a new tab or proceed without opening.
5. Front Desk: redesigned filters, added filtering by floor
6. Chat with the support moved to the left menu
a. Checkout when there are canceled/refunded invoices in the reservation;
b. Task templates switcher position after saving;
c. Modals logic in the Door lock module;
d. Payment gateway saving for some languages;
e. Unsubscribe in e-mails;
f. Date-picker position on some modals;
g. Search block opening from Tasks module;
h. Old invoices payment;
i. Deep linking and some e-mails;
