Product Updates v. 3.65.0: Redesigned Main Menu. Improvements of Invoice, Booking Offer, Billing module, Door Lock key distribution...

Welcome back to HotelFriend product updates! Check out the newest features and enhancements we've just released:

 

1. Now you can add discounts and surcharges to any invoice

From now on, you can add a discount or surcharge to the whole amount featured in the invoice in the invoice modal window. You can also edit the total price, and discounts or surcharges will appear automatically.

2. We have redesigned the Main Menu to improve its functionality and convenience

3. Improved Door Locks: added two new settings for key distribution

a) Use a separate key for each guest;
b) Use one key per booking.

4. Enhanced Cancellation fee payment process

Enhanced Cancellation fee payment process and a prepayment Refund feature in Fiskaly.

5. Added a new automated email template

Added a new automated email template: a Reminder to pay the invoice to encourage your guests to pay before the invoice is overdue.

6. Improved hotel Notifications modal

Improved hotel Notifications modal, which now displays the total number of unread messages and reduces it when you open the notification.

7. More detailed information about the subscription

More detailed information about the subscription or payments and advanced editing options in the Billing module.

a) Improved Contract settings for a hotel: now you can edit some blocks in system contract information (but not in paper document);
b) Better product view of the Manage Subscription section on the Billing tab;
c) After the payment, the hotelier will receive a payment confirmation email about a successful or failed payment. 

8. Added a new feature to the Housekeeping module

Added a new feature to the Housekeeping module that allows to automatically set cleaning status to “dirty” when the reservation status is changed to Due-out.

9. Enhanced Tasks module for housekeepers

Corresponding tasks are now displayed with an ability to export them to a CSV file.

10. Added two new filters System

Added two new filters System and Action to the Automation module.

11. Better Booking Offer settings and views

 Added an option to manage date and time setting for automatic cancellation of a Booking Offer on the Automation page. We’ve also added or improved several email templates:

 a) Added Reminder emails for Booking Offer with an ability to choose a time range for sending;
 b) Added a Cancellation Booking Offer email;
 c) Improved Booking Offer creation email.

12. Redesigned login page

Redesigned login page that now displays new updates.

13. Introduced an ability to set up a default number

 Introduced an ability to set up a default number of items per page that will be applied throughout the system.

14. Added Extras to some modal windows

a) Add items to order;
b) Add Booking.

15. Made some minor fixes

a) Fixed Dashboard layout in the German language;
b) Fixed date picker in the Task list tab;
c) Fixed labels in Cancelation Policy translations;
d) Fixed filter work in Order page;
e) Fixed filter work in Front Desk;
f) Fixed time zone for hotel admin and hotel.
