In this latest update, we've refined and completed our integration with DATEV, streamlining the process of managing accounting reports for German hotels. Introducing the Settings button, we've empowered hoteliers to effortlessly input all necessary data for exports directly within the system.
With 7 data fields replacing default options, this enhancement eliminates the need for any manual work related to DATEV report exports, ensuring a seamless and efficient accounting workflow.
2. Added Multi Front Desk feature for comprehensive quota overview
For clients overseeing multiple hotels, we've introduced the Multi Front Desk overview accessible through the Hotel Admin role. This feature provides a comprehensive view of the total free quota across all properties, allowing hotel administrators to efficiently manage quotas for apart-hotels or small hotel chains. Conveniently located in the left-side menu, this tab displays a detailed list of all quotas, offering a centralized approach to quota management.
3. Improved visibility for the "Add Deal Booking" option
We've made the "Add deal booking" action more visible to enhance your user experience. This option now stands as a distinct button in the Reservations list and Front Desk.
Locate it conveniently next to the "Add booking" button on the Front Desk for quick and easy access. This update streamlines the process of adding deal bookings, making it more intuitive.
