What’s new for hoteliers?
1. Introducing daily comments on the Front Desk
In this new update, we’ve added a brand-new feature – the ability to add comments for any day in the booking calendar. Simply click on a specific day, enter your comment in the "Comment for the day" field, and it’s all set.
Easily highlight holidays or special occasions, as days with comments will be distinctly marked on the booking calendar in red. Keep your team informed about crucial notes, events, and holidays effortlessly.
2. Transparent Cancellation and Prepayment policies for Virtual rates
The Virtual rates tab now includes Cancellation policies for your convenience. When creating a new Virtual rate, you can easily select the required Cancellation and Prepayment policies. If you choose not to make a selection, the system will automatically apply the base rate values, providing flexibility and transparency in your rate management.
3. Added a “Cancellation policy” field for Seasons
Tailor your pricing for high and low seasons with our Seasonal pricing in Room rates, now equipped with Cancellation policies. Easily identify which Cancellation policy applies to each rate within a season and view the policies in the list of Seasons. If none is selected during the creation of a new season, the base rate will be displayed.
4. Refined Report automation for greater efficiency
New scheduled task execution option
Introducing the "Every day" option for reports that require daily generation. Receive essential data in your preferred format at the specified time every day.
Email address specification
Customize report distribution by typing the email address of the intended recipient. Enjoy increased flexibility in managing report automation and distributing valuable information among employees.
5. Enhanced the visual appeal of Registration Forms
Experience visually enhanced Registration Forms with improved logo placement, ensuring the hotel name and address take center stage at the top of the form. A sleek and professional touch to your guest registration process.
6. Translating the Invoice Text in one click
The text added to the Invoice Text field now adapts to the language selected in the Create Invoice modal, both within the modal and the PDF version of the invoice. This language-specific customization enhances the invoicing experience for your diverse clientele. To make this feature work, you need to first set up the translations in the invoice settings.
7. Smoother Guest Import process
The Guest Import feature, facilitating the import of guest information to the system via CSV, XLS, or XLSX files, has undergone optimization for smoother handling of large files. Import processes now occur in the background, letting you carry on with your work without interruptions.
8. New fixes and visual improvements
