What’s new for hoteliers?
1. Tailor your invoices with precision with the Requisites tab
Managing your hotel requisites, including legal and banking details, is now easier than ever with the Requisites tab under General Settings. We've streamlined the process by consolidating the Hotel Legal section from the General tab and Bank details from the Invoice tab into this new dedicated space.
This tab empowers you to customize your invoice header by configuring requisites tailored to specific scenarios, such as different clients or transactions in various currencies. The intuitive dropdown list during invoice creation allows you to effortlessly select the appropriate requisites, ensuring each invoice reflects the specific details relevant to each particular case.
2. Enhanced contacts import with Guest ID matching
In response to user feedback, we've enhanced the "import contacts" feature by now displaying the "Guest ID" field during data matching. This improvement streamlines the import process, providing greater clarity and precision when importing guest data.
3. Improved comments in the Housekeeping module
Experience improved usability in the Housekeeping module, specifically when dealing with vacant rooms. To enhance clarity, we've disabled the comments icon for vacant rooms. Now, clicking on the comments icon will only open the modal window for rooms that can be edited, eliminating any confusion and ensuring a seamless user experience.
4. Fixes and visual improvements
We've resolved issues related to creating or editing deals and vouchers without the choice of dates in German localization.
