What’s new for hoteliers?
1. Enhanced invoice management with flexible recipient options
Hoteliers now have the flexibility to choose different recipients for invoices. You can send the invoice to the Guest, the Company, or both. In the Reservations module, simply click on a reservation and add an invoice. You can then select checkboxes to decide whether to send the invoice to Guests, the Company, or both, and specify multiple email addresses in the provided fields for both guests and the company.
2. Revamped grid layouts for better usability
In this update, we've optimized the grid layouts throughout the HotelFriend system to significantly enhance the user interface and experience. These improvements make it easier for hoteliers to locate the necessary columns and features within various modules, thereby making the system more intuitive and user-friendly.
3. Easy Room Rate adjustments with multi-selection
The Room Rates module now allows users to change rates and select multiple items when adjusting room rates. The Room Rates module offers a comprehensive overview of daily prices in the "Overview" tab, where you can easily modify these prices by selecting a date range, entering new values, and saving the changes.
4. Expanded email attachment capabilities
The HotelFriend system now supports adding multiple attachments to both the Confirmation and Payment Complete emails, providing greater flexibility in communication.
5. Minor fixes and improvements
- ● New columns have been added to the grid in the Housekeeping module, including "Accommodation" and "Actual Living Period."
- ● A success message now appears in the Reservations module, when the attempt to change reservation dates is unsuccessful, ensuring clear communication with the user.
- ● The issue with the order counter not updating has been addressed and resolved in the Departments section.
