This cutting-edge offering is designed to elevate guest experiences, streamline hotel operations, and enhance overall efficiency. The first type of HotelFriend Kiosk unveiled in this press release, is designed for self-check-in, room key card encoding, and ordering and paying for services. 

HotelFriend Kiosk is a groundbreaking product that combines both software and hardware components that can be adjusted to specific business requirements, offering unparalleled flexibility to hoteliers. The software, highly adaptable and compatible with most devices, including iPads, features the following parts:

Room Booking

This function allows guests to effortlessly browse room availability, select preferred dates, and secure their reservations quickly and efficiently.

Order Service

Guests can effortlessly request additional services, amenities, or room service directly through the kiosk. This module enhances the guest experience by providing easy access to hotel services with just a few taps.

Portfolio

The Portfolio module offers a comprehensive overview of the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions. Guests can explore and discover the full range of offerings, enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.

Self Check-In

Within the HotelFriend Property Management System (PMS), hoteliers can easily access and customize each module, tailoring settings for each kiosk device on-site and selecting specific features for different purposes. For example, hoteliers can enable only the Order Service functionality on a particular kiosk or combine it with Self Check-In and Portfolio features.

A notable addition to HotelFriend Kiosk is the Shore Leave feature, designed to track individuals leaving a specific area, such as a cruise ship. Through a simple card tap on the terminal, the system allows for real-time visibility of guests present or absent.
