We are committed to continually improving our products and your experience. Meet a new integration with Gastronovi, virtual room rates, and advanced options for the Booking Engine, Orders, Services, and more. Here is a full list of what’s new for this week:
1. Added virtual room rates
Added virtual room rates that can be set on an existing room rates basis (seasons are also taken into account). Different conditions for price increase/decrease can be set:
a. Direct - a no condition option which increases/decreases base rate by percentage or absolute value;
b. Booking nights - set one or multiple conditions for the price, based on reservation nights. Note that condition order is important.
2. Added integration with Gastronovi
3. Booking Engine: added an option to select a dark or light theme
4. Company
a. added the ability to set default guest which will be automatically selected when creating a reservation for the company;
b. now one guest can be linked to multiple companies.
5. Invoice
a. added filter by payment method;
b. improved Guest search when creating invoice: now guest also can be found by reservation or room number;
c. improved Create invoice modal usability.
6. Settings
a. General: set different Tips with or without VAT and select the default one.
b. Custom options: improved UI with option to collapse some sections.
7. Orders
Added an option to add tips or discounts to order. Tips and discounts will also be displayed in invoices as separate records.
8. Services
Added an option to set different sales channels for services. Accessible by using actions in the Services list. Group action is also available.
9. Fixed
a. issue that prevented invoice status change to Paid after adding payment in some cases;
b. minor bugs.
