1. Introducing an ability to log in to the Booking Engine via PIN
Guests can now access the Booking Engine using a PIN code associated with their reservation, in addition to the traditional login and password method. This enhancement streamlines the authentication process and provides added convenience for guests. With multiple available options, we empower hoteliers to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
2. Added the payment by Paypal for the Invoices
HotelFriend expanded payment options for users by integrating PayPal for invoices. While PayPal was previously available only during checkout, it can now be used to settle invoices, providing greater flexibility and convenience for hoteliers and guests.
3. Streamlined Booking Offer payments with Adyen
Our team is excited to announce the addition of Adyen as a payment option for booking offers. This integration enhances the booking experience by offering guests a wider range of secure payment methods, ensuring smooth and hassle-free transactions.

4. Separate buttons for login via PIN and Room Card on Guest Facing
We've introduced separate buttons for logging in via PIN and Room Card on the Guest-Facing solution. Guests now have the flexibility to choose their preferred authentication method, whether it's entering a PIN code related to their booking, or using a room card.
5. Adyen's terminal way of payment for the Rooms with prepayment
Enhance the guest experience by enabling payments via the Adyen terminal directly at the kiosk. Previously, our Guest Facing solution only supported various online payment methods, such as Stripe and PayPal. But enabling this new feature in the settings allows guests to conveniently pay for reservations and services using the Adyen terminal.
6. Document scanner integration for kiosk solution
Guests can now effortlessly submit their information and documents during self-check-in using the integrated document scanner. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, as scanned documents are automatically processed and added to the system, streamlining the check-in process for both guests and hotel staff.
