What’s new for hoteliers?

1. Introducing the "Guest Settings" tab for streamlined guest settings management

We've introduced a new "Guest Settings" tab within the Settings menu, consolidating all guest-related configurations for easier access.

Previously scattered across different areas of the system, these settings now reside in one central location to enhance user convenience. This includes managing Guest Statuses, Gender Titles (Mr/Mr/Ms, etc.), and Custom Fields specific to guests.

Key updates:

● The "Custom fields for Guest" section has been relocated from Custom Options to Guest Settings.

● The "Guest status" management has moved from the Guest card to Guest Settings, where you can create, edit, or delete statuses applicable to all hotel guests.

● We've introduced a new "Gender Titles Library" section, allowing system-wide management of guest titles.

2. Customize your guest list with "Guest Grid Settings"

We've added "Guest Grid Settings," a feature exclusive to Hotel Administrators, enabling them to customize which fields appear on the guest list. This customization can include fields like Date of Birth, Age, Address, Nationality, Guest ID, and other standard guest card details according to your preferences.

3. Added new filters on the Reservation page: "Meals type" and "Room rate"

To enhance your reservation management experience, we've introduced new filters on the Reservation page: "Meals Type" and "Room Rate." These filters enable you, for instance, to quickly find bookings with specific meal types or rates associated with particular OTAs (e.g., Booking.com).

4. Improved system functionality: Tips detailing and Accounting Discounts

In our ongoing effort to streamline operations, we've improved the Tips feature within the invoice modal window. Now, all Tips are detailed in the Charges tab and included in VAT and guest purchase reports.

Additionally, we've enhanced the Discount filter in Accounting for smoother financial management.

5. Minor fixes and visual improvements

  • ● Improved error handling related to door lock operations on devices.
  • ● Fixed the possibility of adding a picture that has already been downloaded before.
  • ● Fixed spinner position when paying through Adyen.
