Product Updates v.3.42.0: Billing module, new Invoice settings, e-mails improvements

HotelFriend team works hard to make sure our products are constantly improving to make running your hotel easier and more efficient. It's been a productive few weeks. Check out all the latest and greatest updates, features, and improvements below:

For Hoteliers

1. Billing module

Added Billing module with the ability to overview billing details, as well as subscribe, update, choose, adjust, or cancel the selected package at any time.

2. General settings

Added new Invoice tab for hotel invoice customization:

a. set all legal info and a template for invoices;
b. upload a logo;
c. set templates in different languages or use a default preset;
d. set Payment Deferral with the ability to inject the payment date by using {date}.

3. Invoice: layout improvements.

4. Front-Desk: it is possible to delete out of service period from Front-Desk now.

5. Emails: booking cancellation and reservation room e-mails improvements.

6. Fixed:

a. UI issues;
b. Booking Groups grid: mobile-friendly actions;
c. Guest naming fields and placeholders’ inconsistency system.
