Portal updates
The latest portal updates available from 12.06.2018 include the following developments:
๐ต Facilities are grouped by categories for a faster and more convenient search.
๐ต Added an option of a free cancellation of a reservation- can be configured in the conditions of the Cancellation Police and Prepayment in the hotel settings.
๐ต Improved adding season prices:
๐น Enabled the option to create season prices separate from the room rates.
๐น In every season you can indicate the rate where it is applied.
๐น Disabled the option to delete a season from the season page (now a season can be deleted only in the list of all seasons).
๐ต Channel Manager:
๐น The reservation is automatically cancelled in the HotelFriend system after cancellation through a Channel Manager.
๐น The changes made in the system update in a minute (before that all changes synchronized once an hour).
๐ต Note that when configuring prices in the Room Rates and indicating a different price for a certain day, this price will not be taken into consideration if the basic Room Rate is changed or the season prices will be set for this date.
๐ต Front Desk improvement:
๐น Everything is displayed in the main language, selected in the hotel settings, or the language you selected in your profile settings.
๐น Enabled the option to drag and drop a reservation within a certain room type.
๐ต In the list of guest invoices there is an indication which invoice is for a guest and which one is for a company - to enable convenient filtering of all the invoices for a certain company.
๐ต New design of creating the invoice for a guest or a company in the side modal window, showing paid and unpaid orders.

๐ต Display the rating of a hotel and the number of reviews about it from HF.
๐ต Added breadcrumbs on a hotel page for convenient navigation.
๐ต Calendar opens automatically with a choice of suggested dates for your trip in order to accurately calculate the price of your stay.
