Portal updates
The latest portal updates available from 12.06.2018 include the following developments:
🔵 Facilities are grouped by categories for a faster and more convenient search.
🔵 Added an option of a free cancellation of a reservation- can be configured in the conditions of the Cancellation Police and Prepayment in the hotel settings.
🔵 Improved adding season prices:
🔹 Enabled the option to create season prices separate from the room rates.
🔹 In every season you can indicate the rate where it is applied.
🔹 Disabled the option to delete a season from the season page (now a season can be deleted only in the list of all seasons).
🔹 The reservation is automatically cancelled in the HotelFriend system after cancellation through a Channel Manager.
🔹 The changes made in the system update in a minute (before that all changes synchronized once an hour).
🔵 Note that when configuring prices in the Room Rates and indicating a different price for a certain day, this price will not be taken into consideration if the basic Room Rate is changed or the season prices will be set for this date.
🔵 Front Desk improvement:
🔹 Everything is displayed in the main language, selected in the hotel settings, or the language you selected in your profile settings.
🔹 Enabled the option to drag and drop a reservation within a certain room type.
🔵 In the list of guest invoices there is an indication which invoice is for a guest and which one is for a company - to enable convenient filtering of all the invoices for a certain company.
🔵 New design of creating the invoice for a guest or a company in the side modal window, showing paid and unpaid orders.

🔵 New design of hotel info on a hotel page with quick access to the map and the most popular service categories in this hotel.
🔵 Display the rating of a hotel and the number of reviews about it from HF.
🔵 Added breadcrumbs on a hotel page for convenient navigation.
🔵 Calendar opens automatically with a choice of suggested dates for your trip in order to accurately calculate the price of your stay.
