Product Updates from 15.08.2019: City tax, Email server setup, Orders without registration, Chat with guests
We improve our product and bring new updates to make your work more efficient and fast. The latest update of HotelFriend products from 15.08.2019 includes the following innovations.

City tax
● We added the possibility to set a city tax in the Hotel settings section. Monthly generate a report about reservations with/without city tax.
WhiteLabel mail communication
● Email server setup. Now you have the possibility to connect your email address to HotelFriend PMS and send emails directly to your guests.
Orders without registration
● Hotel Setting to enable Orders via APP without registration. From now your guests can order your hotel services without registering in our application - just scan the code.
Chat with guests
● Hotelier can start communication with the guest. Now you can start a conversation with your guest first, without waiting if he/she will write you to clarify information.
Service pdf improvements
● More convenient and nice-looking document format.
