We’re excited to share the latest improvements in HotelFriend PMS that make your daily operations smoother, faster, and more transparent.
What’s new for hoteliers?
1. E-Invoicing Made Smarter
● Hotel VAT ID field is now available in invoices.
● E-invoicing for hotels can now be managed under E-Invoices management (Facture-X) permission.
This ensures compliance and saves time when working with digital invoices.

2. Housekeeping With Powerful Filters
Admins can now filter by date and reservation status in the housekeeping view, making it much easier to organize cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks.

3. Reservation Data Import at Scale
Need to import a large volume of reservation data? Hoteliers can now import up to 10,000 fields at once (previously limited to <99). This is especially useful when onboarding or syncing data from other systems.

4. Better Payment Tracking
For hotels using HotelFriend Payments integration, a new external payment reference column and search function has been added. Now you can easily track and match payment transactions within the PMS.

5. Easier OTA Payment Clarification
Charges from OTA reservations can now be moved directly to paymaster in Channel Manager settings. This happens automatically once a reservation is made or modified – helping you clarify payment status in just a few clicks

6. Fiskaly Integration Improvement
We’ve added Fiskaly register IDs to dsfinv-k reports, ensuring smoother compliance with fiscalization requirements.
7. Package Period Validation
To avoid mistakes, the system now validates that the Package Period matches the Nights field. This ensures accuracy in your package setup.

8. Invoice Discounts Made Clear
You can now toggle a discount option in Invoice settings. Discounts will appear directly in the “Item” field – keeping invoices transparent for you and your guests.
9. UI & Usability Enhancements
- ● Mass actions available in the Companies tab (multi-select).
- ● Reservation card updated with improved fonts and grid layout.
- ● Resources disappear from the Resource Map once assigned, avoiding confusion.
- ● Helpful tooltips added to Sales Period and Days sections.
- ● Tasks tab scrolling improved for a smoother experience.
10. Simpler HotelFriend Payments Setup
Integration with HotelFriend Payments is now even simpler – you only need to provide your Merchant ID. All other parameters are pre-filled with system defaults but can be customized if you prefer to use your own credentials.
