Product Updates v. 4.19.0: Enhanced Rate Management, Spain Fiscal Compliance, Smarter Booking Experience & New Voucher Feature

This update delivers more flexible rate management, a smoother booking flow, and powerful revenue tools like vouchers. Smarter availability updates and improved payment transparency, every enhancement is designed to make your daily hotel operations faster, clearer, and more efficient.

1. Room Rate Improvements

Editable Dynamic Rate Prices on Overview

You can now directly edit Dynamic Rate prices on the Overview page — just like base rates.

Key improvements:

  • ● Dynamic rates are displayed directly under their parent/base rate for easy navigation.
  • ● When a base rate is edited, its dynamic rates update automatically if they use Direct or Occupancy conditions.
  • ● Dynamic rates based on other conditions will remain unchanged on Overview.
  • ● Applying or removing a season to a base rate triggers automatic recalculation for all derived dynamic rates.
  • ● Extra adult & children prices remain non-editable on Overview (available on full rate overview).
  • ● Visual distinctions for dynamic rates will be improved in future releases.

2. Voucher Feature

(Available under Vouchers & Discounts permission)

Hoteliers can now:

  • ● Create vouchers for any price or amount.
  • ● Send vouchers to guests manually via email.
  • ● Redeem vouchers fully or partially.
  • ● Apply them to multiple accommodations, orders, or individual invoice positions.

3. Booking & Reservation Experience

Dynamic Room Availability in Add Booking / Add Package Booking

Room availability now updates instantly when dates are selected — no need to click “Search.”

Send Invoice to Guest

You can now resend invoices directly from the reservation card for Paid and Refunded invoices.

4. Email & Communication Upgrades

Guest Email Preferences (Updated Labels)

● “System messages” renamed to “Transaction” (always on, not editable)

● New “Notification” checkbox added (on by default, editable by hotel and guest)

5. Other Improvements

New Card Dispenser for Kiosk – HelloGuest

● Added a new “Helloguest” card dispenser option in PMS settings

● Full integration for hotels using HelloGuest hardware units

● PMS can now control, monitor, and operate the dispenser seamlessly

Room Status Color Customization

Custom colors for Out of Service rooms now display correctly on both Front Desk and Housekeeping views.
