The new Departures report provides a complete list of room departures within your selected date range—organized by floor and room for effortless navigation. Built with data privacy in mind, guest names are excluded. Exportable as PDF for easy sharing.

Give your housekeeping team exactly what they need—no clutter, no confusion. The new Stays report highlights all currently checked-in guests, filterable by floor and neatly sorted for fast, efficient room management. Fully exportable as PDF.
3. Check-ins Daily Report
Prepare your front desk for a smooth arrival experience. The Check-ins report shows all expected arrivals for the day, including key booking details like guest name, company, and notes—so your team is always one step ahead. Exportable as PDF.
4. Check-outs Daily Report
Simplify departures and avoid last-minute surprises. The Check-outs report gives your team a complete view of expected departures, including guest details and booking comments—perfectly tailored for front desk operations. Exportable as PDF.

5. Hotel Tags for Reservations
Hoteliers can create custom tags in Reservation Settings and assign them to bookings directly from the reservation card, Add Booking modal, or group booking card. Tags can be used for filtering, displayed as an optional column in the Reservations grid, and automatically inherited at the group level.

Hotels using HotelFriend Payments can access a monthly invoice summarizing all processing fees. Each invoice includes the legally required wording (§13b UStG / reverse charge) in both German and English. The document serves for accounting and documentation purposes only, as all fees are automatically deducted during settlement.

7. Notes Grid: Smarter, Context-Driven Filtering
Keep your team focused on what matters. The new Relevant Date filter ensures staff only see notes that apply to a specific stay period—reducing noise and improving clarity. When accessed from the Front Desk, the correct date is automatically applied. Full audit visibility remains with the Created Date filter.
